Welcome to Sooshibay Bar and Restaurant, the first conveyor-belt sushi restaurant located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Our restaurant has two sections, one being the conveyor belt and the other being the section where you order from and have your food delivered by a server. At Sooshibay, you will be able to dive into a world of fresh and flavorful sushi. When many people hear of the word “sushi,” they immediately think of raw fish. However, we not only have dishes with raw fish, we also offer many fully cooked plates and other delicious food options. Complementing the sushi is a unique dining experience where sushi plates are rotating on a conveyor-belt system and any other menu items you order come on delivery food trains on top of the conveyor-belts. We also have regular tables and a bar if you would like to go for the classical dining ways. On top of all that comes simple online or phone call ordering that will allow you to make your order in a few minutes. If you’re in a hurry to grab a few quick bites or just really hungry, you’re in luck! Our rotary sushi system offers a quick meal as you can sit down and satisfy your sushi cravings with our endless selection on the conveyor belt right away. Featuring small portion sushi plates that you can grab at your convenience, this offers you to try a variety of sushi plates to find your new favorite. There are six different colored plates that each correspond to a different price. Also, above the each belt sits a delivery train system; the train delivers menu foods that you can order from your server straight to your table. At the end of the meal, your server will count your plates and calculate your total bill.

If the new rotary system isn’t for you, no worries! We also have areas with tables and booths where you will be able to order and be served the traditional way. These areas feature a menu with an assortment of full rolls of sushi as well as other foods. We also have a bar area accompanying the common drink options where you can order a variety of alcoholic beverages.

If you prefer takeout, we have that option as well! Simply make orders online from our website or order over the phone. Pictures of all our menu items have been uploaded to the online ordering system for ease in identifying from our extensive mix of sushi.

It is important to note that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions. If you have any dietary requirements, please notify your server!

For quality insurance, our sushi on the conveyor-belt is tracked with a sensor underneath each plate to monitor their durations on the belt. If any plates reach or exceed the safe time stated by the health code, the automatic control arm installed on the conveyor belt will swap it into the waste cart. We take care our customers’ health seriously and will take any action to protect our customers!
